El de la foto superior, corresponde al año ´95. La versión más vendida, era esta del techo de lona. Aunque también tenía una versión hard-top. Este techo, se sacaba a mano. No era como el Peugeot 206cc o el MB slk. El Saab Sonett II, fabricado a fines de los años 60. Parece que por esa época los ingenieros suecos dedujeron que tenían que lanzar un auto chico, para dos personas, con techo y motor potente. De allí este Sonett II 1966 con motor V4 de 1500 cc, una auténtica curiosidad. La carrocería es de fibra de vidrio. Se hicieron y vendieron apenas 1868 coches.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;El año del lanzamiento del Saab Sonett II, los autos deportivos americanos eran como el Ford Fairline 1966 de acá abajo. Los Ami se dejaron de fabricar en 1980.
